FINAL <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br />GLENVIEW HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />June 14, 2004 <br /> <br />Call to Order by the Chairman <br />The June 14, 2004, meeting of the Glenview Historic Preservation Commission was called <br />to order by Chairman Silver at 7:33 p.m. in the Boardroom of the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Roll Call and Declaration of a Quorum <br />Roll call was taken, and Chairman Silver noted that a quorum was present. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dawson, Kramer, Morrison and <br />Chairman Silver <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Commissioner Conway <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Bob Hammer, Licensed Architect and Staff Liaison <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairman Silver asked for corrections or comments to the February 23, 2004 minutes of the <br />Historic Preservation Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Morrison moved to approve the February 23, 2004 minutes. Commissioner <br />Dawson seconded the motion. Upon voice vote the motion carried. <br /> <br />Chairman Silver asked for corrections or comments to the March 3, 2004 Workshop of the <br />Historic Preservation Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kramer moved to approve the March 3, 2004 minutes. Commissioner <br />Dawson seconded the motion. Upon voice vote the motion carried. <br /> <br />General Communications <br />Chairman Silver said the March 3, 2004 Workshop worked well. He has received many <br />comments from Glenview residents and Village Board Members and thanked all of the <br />Historic Preservation Commissioners for participating. <br /> <br />Old Business <br />Glenview Historic Preservation Handout Draft to Date - Continued <br /> <br />New Business <br />1930 Prairie Street - Landmark Designation <br />Chairman Silver asked Commissioners if this case should be heard at the next Historic <br />Preservation Commission (HPC) meeting.
