FINAL <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br />GLENVIEW HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />July 12, 2004 <br /> <br />Call to Order by the Chairman <br />The July 12, 2004, meeting of the Glenview Historic Preservation Commission was called <br />to order by Chairman Silver at 7:30 p.m. in the Rear Meeting Room of the Boardroom of <br />the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Roll Call and Declaration of a Quorum <br />Roll call was taken, and Chairman Silver noted that a quorum was present. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Commissioners Conway, Dawson, Kramer, and Chairman Silver <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Commissioner Morrison <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Rick Wendy, Glenview Resident <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairman Silver asked for corrections or comments to the June 14, <br />Historic Preservation Commission meeting. <br /> <br />2004 minutes of the <br /> <br />Page three, seventh paragraph, last sentence "Ordinance" should be "Rules of Procedure". <br /> <br />Page four, under "Landmark Nomination form," third line "form" should be "for". <br /> <br />Page five, last paragraph, fourth sentence should read, "He will try and speak with Mr. <br />Mike Ward soon about our grant application." <br /> <br />Page five, last paragraph, fifth sentence "relay" should be "explain". <br /> <br />Ms. Wiseman stated that C.O.W.S. must write a letter requesting a refund in order to <br />receive the $100 landmark status application fee. It must be processed through the Village <br />Board for approval with documentation, as with all accounts payable. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kramer moved to approve the June 14, 2004 minutes as amended. <br />Commissioner Conway seconded the motion. Upon voice vote the motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />General Communications <br />Ms. Wiseman distributed to Commissioners a photocopy of: -- Current Ordinance <br /> -- e-mail from Chairman Silver with script of Preliminary Hearing questions. <br /> <br /> <br />
