FINAL]! <br /> MINUTES <br />GLENVIEW HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />May 12, 2003 <br /> <br />Call to Order by the Chairman <br />The May 12, 2003, meeting of the Glenview Historic Preservation Commission was <br />called to order by Chairman Silver at 7:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Roll Call and Declaration of a Quorum <br />Roll call was taken, and Chairman Silver noted that a quorum was present. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Commissioners Dawson, Ireland, Kramer, Morrison, Neymark and <br />Chairman Silver <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Commissioner Conway <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Helen Wiseman, Licensed Architect and Staff Liaison <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Chairman Silver asked for corrections or comments to the April 14, 2003, minutes of the <br />Historic Preservation Commission meeting. There were no corrections. <br /> <br />Commissioner Neymark moved to approve the April 14, 2003 minutes. Commissioner <br />Ireland seconded the motion. Upon voice vote the motion carried. <br /> <br />General Communications <br />None. <br /> <br />Old Business <br />Glenview Historic Preservation Handout Draft to Date - Continued <br />Ms. Wiseman reported that the handout remains the same as it was at the last meeting. <br /> <br />Second Survey Request for Proposal Status <br />Ms. Wiseman made all of the corrections necessary to the text other than the facsimile <br />that Commissioner Kramer forwarded to her related to staff billing wages, which Mary <br />Bak is going to review. There are seven different files for the maps, in three different <br />computer languages, which Ms. Wiseman has forwarded on to one of the computer <br />interns, who may end up remapping it. <br /> <br />On the "2nd Request for Proposals to Conduct an Architectural Survey to Locate <br />Historically Significant Buildings" handout, Chairman Kramer noted on page six, the <br />first paragraph under "A. Criteria for Proposal Acceptance" the last line in the paragraph <br /> <br /> <br />
