Chairman Silver would like the following
transcript from that meeting's tape to be included in the minutes as follows:

Chairman Silver: One thing I'm interested in, because the landmarked property
owners are interested in it, is funding for them for rehabbing and tax credit, and
that kind of thing.

Ms. O'Connor: Well, there is the tax freeze, and there are tax credits if they're
going to make money, but other than that, from us, there is really no other
funding.

Commissioner Kramer: There is Cook County money.

Ms. O'Connor: Oh, okay.
